Light Em Up!!!

…our feet and our path of course (what did you think we meant?)

Your word is a lamp to my feet
and a light for my path. – Psalm 119:105

Almost anyone you talk with would have to agree that this world is becoming an increasingly darker place to live. So much so that even in places that were once thought of as Light Houses (churches & ministries) it is not uncommon to see or hear of dark deeds taking place there. It is a sad reality, but no matter how dark it may seem or how dark it may get, we can always count on God’s Word to Light the way for us. By submitting to God’s Word and giving it first place in our lives, we are then able to confidently navigate our way through this life successfully.

Although God’s Word is indeed Our Lamp, like any other light we must turn it on and Aim it…in other words we control whether or not we will let this light lead us…we control whether or not we will yield source that God has made available to us. No matter how much He wants us to see clearly God will not force us to Walk in the Light…we must do so by choice, we must choose to submit to God’s Word and allow it to lead and guide us (even when it leads us on a path we would rather not go, but it’s better to walk an unwanted path in the light…than a desired path that you must stumble along on, while in the dark!!!)

Make the choice today to let God’s Word be the Light to your Feet Illuminate the Path that is in front of you. Why stumble around in the dark…when you can be walkin in Da Light!
