Greater is He….

You, dear children, are from God and have overcome them, because the one who is in you is greater than the one who is in the world.

There’s no place…la la la…in the world…la la la…that I’d rather be…than in Him…

That line from a song titled “Jesus Lives in Me, by Q-heem the Redeemed has been stuck in my head and my spirit since I first heard it! I know we tend to say that verse all of the time…but if you stay in relationship with God long enough…the words of that verse begin to resonate in your soul and spirit.

When it begins to sink in that Jesus lives in ya…there is nothing that anyone can offer ya that would take you away..no drugs..no money..sex you name it…when it dawns on you that the One who lives in you is greater than any one or anything on this Earth…it will set ya free!

I’ve been shot at, stabbed, run over and left for dead and yet I’m still here…all because of the Greater One in me!
